I never met Rick.
He was recommended by Yo-yo Yocum because he deals only in land sales and she told us he’s good. The bully adjacent neighbor made our lives miserable for a year and we decided not to build our retirement home. Somehow Rick stood up to the bully and got him to buy our property. Even got us 8k more than we paid.
Unfortunately, this transaction was fraught with issues with neighbors that derailed the initial contract.
However, I believe that my agent, Rick, did his best to navigate forward to getting the land sold.

We became aware of Rick Sack's experience with Tucson real estate when we were researching local acreages that included washes; his blog posts about the technical issues and benefits of purchasing properties with washes were helpful in our decision process.
